I got my shamrocks up and they make me happy! I love decorating for holidays. Connor doesn't like them because they also have little bugs on some of them.

Today we went to the Library for story time with some friends. The story time wasn't so great, but Connor did find these Thomas movies to rent and he was so excited to bring them home!

We are getting a new printer, so we have been printing as much as we can from our old one to use up all the ink! We printed tons of Chuggington coloring pages and have been coloring a lot. And by coloring, I mean Scott or I doing the coloring and Connor telling us how to do it!

This thing has been our friend lately. It has been going non stop. We have all had colds lately...and nasty ones too!

Scott got me the red lantern and a few other things from my favorite store Real Deals for Valentine's day. He even came shopping with me on Saturday for them. It takes me forever to decide what I want from that place...I could buy the whole store! :)

This is a big picture, but I love this picture. My mom used to have this picture in our house because she thought it looked like my sister and I when we were little. And whenever I see it, I think of Christ holding us and how much he loves us. No, I didn't take this picture, but it counts because I so need to feel Christ's love right now.

A look at what we do...Geo Trax, some cars, a new firetruck bean bag chair, and yes, Connor won't let go of his pia's (that's what he calls them).

I let Connor take a few pictures today. I think he took like 4 pictures of this one truck. He loves to play with the camera.

Connor and I went to a friend's house to learn how to make yummy sugar cookies today. Oh, they were so good! This is the remains of one cookie. Too bad my cookies never have turned out that good!

Connor wanted to help mommy vacuum....but he did not want his pic taken! He was just too busy workin!

Somebody brought us a little goodie basket with these flowers in it and a nice note to say they were thinking of us. These things really did make us feel loved and it helped!

Connor flying an airplane at the air and space museum when he went with the guys. Today our family left and Scott stayed home one more day. I felt a little scared that we were going to get back to normal....how do you do that again? :)

Pretty Lily....So many friends and family sent us flowers and cards and gifts during the last few days. It really made us smile knowing how loved we were!

Connor and Daddy made a wooden model airplane....Connor loves these and they are only $1 at Michaels! Now, that is a dollar well spent!

Connor got some plastic capsules that turn into sponges from his Aunt Storme....they were all boats and he had fun making them turn into boats in the bath.

Life

So, this last month has been pretty chaotic and I fell behind. I have managed to take pictures most days so I am going to play catch up and hopefully get it all figured out.

Day 22

We went to dinner and the mall tonight for our Friday night fun. We bought Connor new jeans and I just had to get the baby some clothes. I can't believe how small Connor was and how small this little guy will be!

This isn't the best picture, but these hearts on the window are making me happy! I love Valentine's day!

If you look close, you can see we drew on the wall with sidewalk chalk. It has been a while since we got it out and we had a lot of fun. Connor wanted me to draw Santa and his deer....this was my attempt...what can I say, I am not an artist!

Cake! We made cake and Connor got to put lots of sprinkles on his...he really just likes the sprinkles and frosting, but he sure did enjoy himself!

We have been slowly buying things for Connor's big boy room. The room is painted, we have the dresser and comforter and a few accessories....now we need the bed. This stuff is all in the office right now...we have a lot of work to do!

Connor's IBOB....Scott downloaded games onto my ipod touch for Connor and now it is officially his IBOB.

Nothing like fresh chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven....Yum!

When I was taking pictures, Connor wanted me to take one of his new toy...Stretch from Handy Manny. He went to Target with Daddy and convinced him he needed Stretch and he wants the Hammer and Saw too!

We got a package today! The kit came! I was excited...and so was Connor, he loves packages!!

I made bread today and it actually turned out perfect! We all liked it....that doesn't happen too often!

We went to the zoo today, but Connor really just wanted to ride the choo choo around the park. It was a great day at the park with the choo choo and our first picnic (isn't that sad?!) and playing on the toys! I even got tan lines! :)

Day 8

We had to buy a new baby seat since our old one broke. Connor thought it was a pretty comfy seat for watching tv!

Project 365

I decided to make a new blog to share something new with you that I am doing! It's called Project 365. It's quite simple really. One picture. Everyday. All year. This year. That's what it is. The pictures can be of things or people, anything goes! At the end of the year, we will have a scrapbook that will tell our story of this year. I like it because I will be documenting our everyday life and at the end of the year we will have something to show for 2010! I am excited and haven't missed a day yet! I left off on my other blog on day 7 so I will start here with day 8!
